Im new here and started working out and eating very clean about 3 to 4 weeks ago. So far the results have been great. Havent lost any weight on the scale but am able to fit into suits and jeans that havent fit in years. The fat loss around the waist is very noticable. Last night my wife and I went out for a belated anniversary dinner. Looking at the menu it killed me to eat this crap but opted for a nice porterhouse steak, large salad and garlic mashed potatoes. Getting back home I felt like crap. I could literally feel the salt taking effect on my body in my feet and hands. This morning its like my body is trying to get rid of this stuff asap...if you know what I mean...
Anyone else experience adverse reactions to thier cheat meals?
