was going to try out the workouts to try something new and switch up my routine.. i'm not sure if i'm understanding how it works.. are you suppose to lift your full upperbody chest/back/delts/bi/tri all on the upperbody day or do u space them out over the two upperbody days?
 
BFL is a two-day split. I did it for a while with great success and workouts at about an hour each. After a few months though, all progress stagnated so I have gone to a more conventional three-day split and the changes were evident in the first week. If you have been lifting for a while I wouldn't recommend the BFL lifting routine, but the cardio is great.
