I was wondering,how low does your bodyfat percentage have to be to have serious vascularity, cuts and striations? Also, how long should a person be working out for consistently before they decide to use "pharmaceutical assistance"?
vascularity is different for everyone but usually you can see some good cuts at <10% bf. check out the pics on the "pictures of our members" to get a good idea.
IMO, you should have at least 3-4 yrs of good dieting and training (as well as being >23 yrs old) before you hit the "extracurricular activities."
As for vascularity, personally even at 9%bf I don't have veins anywhere but my forearms -- like optimus said it's really different for everyone. For most people I'd say anything less than 10% or so...
