Casavant where is the link to picture???

My weight gain has been incrediblyyyyyyy strange! I dont know if someone can explain it. I was stuck at 172 lbs until I started taking creatine. IN THREE days i went up 8 lbs to 180. Water gain you say? Nope, The weight never went down. So I waited about 4 months, and took creatine again. IN a week I got from 180 to 187 lbs. It was very freaky because the ONLY weight gain I've seen was from creatine. So I decided to take time off creatine and see if I can gain some pounds naturally. No chance, my weight flactuated from 184 to 188 lbs for over 8 months. About 2 weeks ago I decided to finish the tub of creatine, and all of sudden i weigh 194. What's funny is that my strength did not increase, nor did I get more muscular. Obviously its water gain, but water gain that never goes away? any explanation?

It should be on page one or two of this board. It's posted by Cornholio, and it says something like "Casavant at 280 natural pounds".

Needs sum rear delts....

Your muscles still have some maturing to do, but at least you had the ballz to post your pic..

Looks like you have some pronation with your shoulders. Guys who work chest & bis all the time tend to overpower their rhombus muscle, thus causing a "slouch." Really concentrate on working your back and rear delts. Doing lat work will only force your rotator cuff forward, trying working your rhombus with lots of rows. Do more sets of triceps than biceps and hit those rear delts. Make sense? Good luck bro!

to be honest with you bean your bf% is over 12% no doubt. at best its alittle under 20%. pictures are not a good way to measure bf% btw

a little under 20%? whoa

Most people who are not very experienced with bf measurements tend to think they are lower than they actually are. There is a lot of fat spread out over the human body. I hear people saying, "Yeah, I'm at 5% bodyfat right now." Many of the times these are guys who have a natural six pack but don't lift- they have no idea how insanely low 5% really is.
