Bodyfat percentage, do I look at about 12%

You look a little higher than 12%. Back is coming out. How long have you been lifting? Keep hitting those heavy compound exercises and eat like an animal. Don't preoccupy yourself with bodyfat if you want to make serious gains. In a couple of years you might me a pretty stacked dude. Keep it up.
 
Your stats are close to what mine were when I started training six years ago. You can build a lot on that. Go see my arm pic on here.:)
 
STICK TO IT AND IN ABOUT THREE TO FOUR YEARS YOU SHOULD HAVE SOME GOOD SIZE.

WHAT IS YOUR TRAINING LIKE I THINK I MIGHT BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU SOME TIPS TO START PACKING ON CLEAN SIZE IF YOU WANT.

here's a tip on taking pics...don't try to look like a bad ass, because then you look like a dick. You have some muscle on you...but it's...I don't know...not proportional. You have a wide back...but those traps...need a lot of work. You have a very wide torso...so I would try to work on your shoulders. Arms need some work too. I didn't bother to read the rest of the posts I'm short on time, so let me leave you with this. You look young as hell, and I think you're probably still in high school. DON"T JUICE UP YET BRO. You look for being in high school, you should have seen me, I was a skinny little shit back then.

My weight gain has been incrediblyyyyyyy strange! I dont know if someone can explain it. I was stuck at 172 lbs until I started taking creatine. IN THREE days i went up 8 lbs to 180. Water gain you say? Nope, The weight never went down. So I waited about 4 months, and took creatine again. IN a week I got from 180 to 187 lbs. It was very freaky because the ONLY weight gain I've seen was from creatine. So I decided to take time off creatine and see if I can gain some pounds naturally. No chance, my weight flactuated from 184 to 188 lbs for over 8 months. About 2 weeks ago I decided to finish the tub of creatine, and all of sudden i weigh 194. What's funny is that my strength did not increase, nor did I get more muscular. Obviously its water gain, but water gain that never goes away? any explanation?
 
from looking at your current pictures, i'd say you are atleast 15% body fat, no less. hit up a diet, then you shall look better
