if the supplement contains things like stimulants, sugars, fillers, etc then of course they arent' good for you. also protein powders are not something i endorse due to them being dairy and dairy being inflammatory. plus a lot of them have HFCS and soybean oil added YUK!
 
It depends on what you are talking about. Things like pre-workouts are generally bad for your health.

Things like fish oil, vitamin C, multivitamins are good for your health. Assuming there are no chemical additives or filers.

You need to do your research and read the ingredient label
