mid week update!

8 weeks out.

Definitely getting a lot leaner and hunger isn’t as noticeable. Only new addition being 15minutes cardio everyday and my preworkout rice being halved.

Fat is noticeable disappearing which is nice. Have noticed a big hit to training endurance definitely feeling the fatigue. After two maybe three exercises (these being 1-0 RIR) I’m just strapped for gas, although strength is still there which is a good sign.

Not a lot of changes lately just small tweaks so far!

6 weeks out update -
Been pretty rough at first dealing with no energy. Just been dragging myself through work and training while eating all my meals.
I have no mental drive or capacity to focus on anything other than training and my day job, so apologies for the inactivity.

Changes:
-upped clen to 40 and reduce some carbs slightly

Training has taken a hit with endurance but only a slight taper off in strength. But after 30 mins my pumps and energy are gone so have had to restructure what I need to prioritise hitting first.

Everything will be ramping up in terms of food and overall look so moving forward I think updated that I can best stick to while prepping will be visual updates and combined training/meal layout and or changes that occurs. Thank you again to @Corepharma their quality products are honestly game changer, definitely wouldn’t have the results I do without their stuff so massive shout out. Bare with me while I try and keep the train in the tracks 😂
