all three........ i have trained powerlifting and now in getting ready to try a strongman/wsb style split (a la B Fold) for the sole pupose of getting me bigger and stronger for bodybuilding.
I need to be strong I began as a bodybuilder working out of magazines, evolved to a sports specific athlete, and now into a strength junkie. I want to be as strong as possible and I train for strength. not my fault I'm still ripped lol
Well everyone's definition of "chubby" is different. I guess it depends on where you're coming from. To a male BBer, 10 or 12% could be considered "chubby". And to a PLer thats considerd very lean. I'm definitely no BBer or a Pler, but i look muscular and strong for a female when in actuality, wow am i weak as hell
p.s. why cant Bbers and Plers get along? LOL I admire both for their determination and discipline
