You're not making sense.
First you say 200mg isn't that high for HRT, then you say 100mg will stick you as high as 1000ng/dl (which is HIGH), then you ask what a high normal HRT dose is (You just said 200 wasn't that high), and what blood levels will reflect a high HRT dose?
20o/week is pretty high for HRT, depending on your height and weight. If you are 5'10" and 180 lbs, 200mg is probably too much for HRT to keep you within what the medical community would consider proper testosterone levels.
A high normal HRT dose is 200mg.
I rarely see someone prescribed more than this. There's a reason that U.S. Paramaceutical companies produce testosterone at 200mg/ml. Either 0.5 or 1 ml is prescribed weekly, or 1ml bi-weekly.
