#1 reason is the same reason anyone not using AAS does - to have periodic checkups to make sure everything is working properly. If your not already having bloodwork done once a year, its a good idea. Regarding AAS, reasons are: 1- before cycle to establish baseline levels, 2- during cycle to check on lipid profile & liver & kidney function etc., and 3- after a cycle to make sure values return to normal levels and make sure your HPTA has been restored. Regarding cost, depends on whether your insurance will cover it. If it does, go to your local doc and tell him you want a complete workup done. You don't need a reason to get yourself checked out.
