Blood work after Test/Nandrolone Cycle

anyone ever have a higher red blood cell count and had too give blood in order to lower it? I did an 8 week cycle of Sustanon 350 and Nandrolone at 300 each week. Got good results but had to stop after I almost passed out one day from high blood pressure. Then i got blood work done and saw how high my red blood cell count was making my blood really thick? It's been two months now and I still feel pressure in my head, doc says it should be over in a week or so as my blood finalizes thinning out?

I want to do another cycle, is there anything that doesn't effect the blood thickening?

Thanks

the rbc levels can take 3-4 months to come down. all AAS increase rbc production. a bigger concern is the high blood pressure. an anti-aromatase to keep estrogen levels down will help the most with that.

Thanks, what would you recommend. Will that actuallyhelp with the heavy pressure feeling the body has with "thicker" blood trying to run through it or is it just helping to keep estrogen levels down or will it actuall also help kepp high blood pressure down?

sorry for the long question.

Thanks
