Blood type diet test log (AB)

Yeah my brother was a bit down about cutting chicken. He used to eat a whole one after a weigh in to regain the weight he'd sweated off.
Beef is still ok for you though isn't it? I'm gutted, I can't really have any meat. Very small amounts of some apparently but lamb was a no no. Took ages to digest! Ate it for lunch and was still digesting it 5 hours later.
 
Yep beef is my all good meat.
Do you have rabbit there bro?
It is supposed to be very easy to digest.
 
Yeah we have rabbit, my brother used to shoot em. It's actually on my ok meat list for small infrequent portions, same as turkey and lamb, I tried lamb a few weeks ago and it took ages to digest. I plan to try turkey next then rabbit. :)

Ok today was shit diet wise. I had a good breakfast, porridge oats. I took flapjacks, raisins, nuts & some fruit to the fight with me but it wasn't enough, I had to wait ages to fight and by the time I did I'd eaten all my food and was still hungry having not eaten for 4 hours. I won my match though ;) it's all about skill, I still got it! :D these kids may have the stamina but experience still counts :)

Anyway I came home and ate two massive great bits of cod and a big ass sweet potato :RADAR

OK I've been slack tracking my meals the past few days, I've kept true to my blood type recommendations and I swear Im still leaning out some, I have a BF% test on friday and if I'm leaner than 12.5% then I'll know for sure. This diet really does seem to be providing me with fuel my body can use much more efficiently. I generally have a feeling of more energy through the day and I never have any digestion problems.

I've also failed to make a single video log entry! sheesh! I think I'll have to do one covering the past 4 weeks asap!!

Just wanted to say, I got my regular assessment at the gym yesterday and my weight is pretty stable @ 104.4kg (229.7lbs) and my bf has dropped to 11.34%

Thing is I've been on between 3,500 - 4,000 cals per day haven't tried to reach specific macros apart from high protein (even then I'm looking at 250-400g per day which is a broad range), I've pretty much eaten what I want as long as it confirms to my blood type recommendations and according to the maths I'm gaining muscle and losing fat. I think it must be because I'm digesting my food more efficiently and putting it to better use. The main change for me has been cutting meat and increasing dairy.

Thanks bro. Down to 10.5% bf although it looks the same as 10.7% lol. I'm not lifting anything heavy until September now as I want to lose some weight for my kickboxing competition in August :)

I got one this Sunday. I think I'll be weighing in at 107kg (235.4lbs) ideally ill be 220lbs by the end of August. :)

Excellent progress mate. I'm really jealous at the moment. My new job has totally torn up my routine.. Gotta reconfigure and get back to hitting the gym.

I know what it's like when life gets in the way bro, you just gotta work out where and when you can fit the gym in and try not to screw up the diet too much ;) I know you'll get back to it bro :)
