Blood Type Diet / Obi

Obiwan, my friend, you almost convinved me of the accuracy of the blood type diet ("almost" because there are still lots of people claiming it is deepshit)

so, are you choosing the foods you eat based on your blood type ?
and, have you noticed any difference since then ?

Dr. D'Adamo's theory looks serious though he made a couple of assumptions that are not totally proven

not looked too closely into that
i adhere to an avyredic approach
hmm East Indian in origin
it is based on body type
and as for my body type big boned and flabby (ugh) it is very similiar to a keto diet
no wheat no hi carb foods
minimal tomatoes
sound familiar?
will look into the blood type theory
i know about type A reaction because i had one when i tried triple fish oil caps

I follow the blood type diet but only in the sense that i dropped the foods that were deemed harmfull to me. After reading the book it turned out that i should not eat any chicken or wheat, apparently those are very bad for me. So i said screw it and gave it a try. Dropped the chicken and replaced it with lean beef and fish and switched to hemp bread. Within a week somehow i lost a shit load of pufiness from my body. So i reintroduced chicken again and bam! Water renetion and my stomach got the overhand. Dropped the chicken = overhang gone. There must be some truth to it.
