blood test results

Okay guys I had a bmi ran the other day when I went to the doctor and here's the results.
(this was all they tested for)

sugar 68
potassium 4.6
sodium 142
calcium 9.5
creatine 0.7

can anyone tell me the normal ranges for these things?

Like I said, your blood glucose is still in a acceptable reference range, although on the lower side - nothing to worry about.

Yes, a high carbohydrate diet would most likely raise your blood sugar, at least for the duration of the carbs effect on your insulin levels.

Calcium norms = 8.5 - 10.0
Potassium norms = 3.5 - 5.0
Glucose = 80 - 120
Sodium norms = 135 -145
Creatinine norms = 0.7 - 1.6

Remy's right all are within normal limits

I guess I need to take alot of creatine and sugar then...the only problem I have with creatine is the only effective amount that works for me is 15gs a day but do you think that would be too hard on the kidneys?

No man... if your creatinine is low that just means your kidneys are working good. If it were elevated you could be looking at renal problems.

As far as supplementation, I haven't read anything on creatinine causing renal problems. There are threories that you should cycle it however, since your body does produce a small amount of it.

Your body produces a certain amount. Some theorize that if you ingest creatine after a long period of time, your body will stop producing it (or at least momentarily). I wouldn't take the risk, 3 months max is how long i use it.

Going to doctors isn't always the right thing to do. Most of them don't know shit about diet, supplements, steroids, or training.
