Why are you bloating? Hormonal changes? You did a huge carb up on something you aren't used to eating? Not enough water? Too much salt? Are you eating enough fiber? Too much fiber? What is your veggies? Are you eating craploads of a particular veggie? E.g. broccoli? Did you change or add to your supplements? There, is the bloat from water retention or gas? (sorry ...ewww)

The "doing the show" part isn't important right now because you are still not within a week of the show. Do you alread know / have a plan for your last week's prep? And if bloat should happen there, what is your trainer's recommendation?

Sassy... now that we are on this subjec.t. is it odd that i never really bloat...?

CC - I couldn't speak to that -- have you ever been bloaty? If your menstrual cycle is still interrupted do you get any of those symptoms? Did you ever tend to get the bloat symptoms during a normal cycle? I know you eat a lot of peanut butter -- the salt in that stuff kills me so I almost have to keep my consumption low or else I just feel gross. But I also eat an extremely clean diet right now so pretty much anything or alot of anything that I don't normally eat is going to result in my body trying to adjust some how. If you are drinking a lot of water regularly, you don't eat a lot of salt or your body can handle whatever salt you do consume I guess you're OK. I guess I'm saying, I tend to bloat from very specific things, either hormonally that do coincide w/ when I would expect those thiings to happen (that time of month) or when I ate something and possibly if I'm not hydrated enough.

Thanks Sassy.. the bloating is starting to curb-- i drink 1 1/2 gal of water a day.. that really helps.. i HAVE always bloated.. i am taking ur advice about the salt.. i do try to limit it.. my hubby took pictures of me 2 weeks ago... boy i am not there yet.. MY POSING NEEDS HELP -- ITS A SCREAM AND HOW STIFF I AM -- I LOOK HORRIBLE.. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT...
i do eat clean clean clean.. i average 1600 to 1700 cal daily .. i have averaged
.5lb a week loss.. trainer said that is where i should be..

I AM WORRIED ABOUT THE SHOW --- i will be very careful with sodium
HEY I TRIED THE PEANUT POWER BUTTER.. GREAT ingredients... i like it expensive but worth it... $$ isnt an issue if its good for the body..

HEY SASSY WHERE DO U BUY YOUR CLEAR SHOES FOR THE SHOW??

When I was in FL I was able to hit any of the many "dancer" stores and find clear shoes. I've also seen them at Steve Madden I think. But specifically for modeling / competition, here are two links I've come across. I can't speak to the websites as retailers, however I'm sure they are good. I got these links on another forum regarding competition shoes:
