bitch whine moan - exercises you hate?

I like to piss and moan when given the chance...

It's not that I do not like doing One- Arm Dumbbell Preacher Curls, but I have this slight problem when doing ONLY THEM. I can feel and hear this nashing noise in my right elbow.I can also feel something in my elbow moving around.I do NOT feel pain from the area while doing them ..STRANGE! Hard to determine what this is so it makes me hate the damn excerise in my bi-routine.It's enough to throw me off cuz I wonder what the hell is making this noise and when I'll pop what ever the hell is outta place.

Any idea's from the masses? (tried wrapping it..no luck.. also tried different postion on standing bench..no matter where I place the elbow..same ole shit)

Yep, I'd have to say I'd rather watch paint dry than do cardio at times as well!

I love cardio for the fact that something about the exertion coupled with the solitude of it lets my mind kind of reach out and wander. I can completly block out the world and sort of drift on thoughts, its very envigorating...

I hate:

-- doing any reps higher than 15 (I'm not sure if it's because I'm blonde and tend to lose count as the numbers get higher, or just because it's so boring.)

-- leg extensions (Burns like the dickens, but I seem to get better results from other exercises. Plus sometimes I hear weird noises in my knees.)

-- long slow cardio (It has it's place, but I prefer intervals. The one machine I absolutely hate is the stationary bike. I only like that if it's a "spinning" class.)

-- exercising my patience with assorted bozos who are lacking in basic gym etiquette: The ones who no matter where you are or what you're doing, always want to "work in". It's almost like I'm being followed. Or the people who take up several pieces of equipment with their towel, water bottle, etc.

Well, I hate any lift that ends in the word press, simply because they are my worst, and always will be.

Squats for more than two reps.

Most tricep exercises, and this is related to my pressing problem.

Any sort of curl, fortunately I rarely do any.

Pinch grip lifts simply because due to any injury my left hand is so much stronger than my right.

Any sort of cardio (imagine).

While I am at it, exercises that I like but most other people either do not, or just plain are unfamiliar with:

Snatch grip press behind the neck. This is the only pressing exercise I am good at, plus, nobody else likes it, which is always a plus.

Any sort of pull (Olympic style, deadlift, rdl, etc.)

And good mornings are my favorite.
