Birthday

Well not only is it my birthday but today marks the day one year ago that i decided to diet and get in better shape. Started at about 290lbs and now im down to about 210lbs. Just wanted to share this and say thanks to all the people here at EF for all the help and support!!

Thanks! It's been a great journey and I'm not done yet. I'm gaining some weight (muscle) and still (slowly) shedding inches.
