Pre workout stim with DMAA. After bustin my ass at work I just want to eat and hop on the couch. I pop a good fatburner and I can't wait to get some music going and lift. Along with that overall intensity on cardio and weights definitely goes up a notch.

Creatine is the only supplement that works, no other legal supplements on the planet have more scientific stidues backing it up than creatine..

Creatine is in my staple, i also like pre workouts like superpump max for that extra push, there are other good one but not necessary.

Jeebus, what's that run ya a month?

Comes out to a little over a buck a day for each product. If you want the best results, you have to invest, and that's not terribly expensive.

So I can take GEAR,UNLEASHED, and BRIDGE daily? month after month and I would be cool with it ? I mean it wont lose it's potency? There is always talk about cycling them off and then on again but if there's no need I'll just keep taking them day after day, and so on...

I see them like vitamins. They work as long as you take them.

EVERYTHING looses potentancy. Your body is constantly trying to adapt.

Glutamine is the best supplement. I used it in amy prtoein shake after work outs and it eliminates any muscle aches that I normally get the day after. It tastes like complete crap but its worth it.

Vitamin C is a mineral from food sources. But something like caffeine , yes it will absolutely will loose effectiveness with time. Their is always exceptions to the rule. I'd even image vit c looses effectiveness. I take high amounts precontest and it acts as a diuretic but after a few days my body adjusts to the high amount and it stops eliciting as much of an effect until I up the dose again.

It's called the Law of Diminishing Returns. The more you do something lesser effect it has. Anyway, try Ester C, it has a 400% better absorption rate than regular vit c...

i use joint support, multi vit, fish oil all the time along with n2bulk, n2kts muscle, replenisher. Use alot of other stuff but always have these around

Glutamine is actually minimally effective when taken orally. You need a lot to get an effect. That;s why GEAR contains no glutamine. Use $100 of GEAR a week and $100 of glutamine a week and you'll grow twice as much muscle on the GEAR.

So is glutamine crap!? Or useless? They put it in all the protein powders

It's not crap or useless, but about 10 years ago it was discovered that glutamine is what's most abundant in muscle and for that reason it became the hot new supplement. The thing is, the body makes glutamine from the BCAA's in the lower intestines. Taking free form glutamine isn's absorbed very well and most of it is destroyed in the stomach. So you get more bang for your buck with BCAA's.

The only thing more potent is super plasma serum, which is 100% absorbed instantly into the bloodstream and the main ingredient in GEAR .

So would it be better to have a protein powder that capitalizes on BCAA's as opposed to be one sided with all the added glutamine and glutamine peptides?
