Well i am totally shot today, my delts have never been this sore, forearms are sore and weak as hell, back is sore. Just about the only thing not bothering me is legs but they never do. So i'm gonna follow through with the smart plan i came up with which was taking the rest of the week off and see how i am on sunday with events. Bottom line i need to recover. Gonna switch my training split to something like justin warren's as i think it may work better for me, this full body stuff kills me.
upper body day 1

floor press / some sort of bench
(i think the floor presses will help me bring my bench up if i keep hitting them because my sticking point is at the bottom of the lift)
Lower body day 2

DB Rows
DB Side Bends
decline sit-ups (weighted)
Gonna eat like a pig like i usually do and get some good rest until sunday and hopefully be good to go again next week.
