I am very depressed right now and am kinda lost.
I am coming back from a shoulder injury which has kept me from any serious training for the last six months. I got lazy and pretty well quit training. I just decided to get serious again,the shoulders are pretty good but the big problem is my KNEE!
Squats have always been the foundation of my routine. I started doing them when i was 15 and have not stopped since, I love them!
over the last couple of years my knees have started to bother me, i climb towers so it is very hard on the knees, and i have felt it taking its toll.
Last week i did my workout and everything went well, yesterday i stated off with squts and felt alot of pain in left knee, it is pretty scary, im worried i will not be able to squat any more,i know i will have to go to the doc, but any suggestions in the mean time?
