THE WORKOUT
The program will last 12 total weeks(MTWF) and each 4 weeks will consist of a phase:
Week 1: 12-15 reps
Week 2: 9-11 reps
Week 3: 6-8 reps
Week 4: 3-5 reps
After the first two phases I will start the cycle stated above!!
