Alright, haven't kept a lifting log in awhile, so I'm going to start fresh. This is going to initially be a cycle log, but I will do my best to continue this log indefinitely. I usually train to stay shredded, but I feel it's time to pack on some real mass again.

I just started this run, and can't wait to start seeing results!

I'd like to first thank NTBM, my team members and friends, for helping provide me with the products and knowledge that I am about to put to use. Protein Factory, Gorilla-Pharma, and MRSUPPS also deserve a big thanks. Without you guys this run wouldn't be near as great!

N2Slin and Big Blast/N2Bulk throughout. AI will be Aromasin and Forma as needed. Caber will control prolactin.

Looking to step on stage a few times through the summer, so my goals are to stay shredded while adding LBM. Hoping to come out around 215 with 8-9% body fat.

Diet will stay consistent and clean, except for one carb day which is usually Saturday. Targeting about 3400 calories, not including the Big Blast and N2Bulk.


I am ready to roll through the summer season and see where 2013 can take me! I have my goals in focus and will kill it every time I set foot in the gym!
 
i love this cycle line up. what are the dates for the shows you are doing? or at least what weeks in this cycle will they line up?
will they be during this cycle?

the mast is E. I hate pinning ED.

The shows fall in and after the cycle, but the exact dates of the ones I'll attend will depend on how ready I think I am, as well as where Psizzle wants to go, as she is my travel partner and show buddy.

I'll be running a similar cycle just a lil lighter/shorter as I have no plans to compete. any reason you're not running the tren and mast at the same time?

I still might. Mast makes me hard as a rock, so I wanted to see how it pairs up with epi. The first half of the cycle is going to be more focused on mass and strength

going to be seeing a lot of miles this summer lol. We'll have to jack K's car to save on gas, that thing gets ridiculous MPG. Not as roomy as yours though.

I gotcha. well i would say that I would adjust some of your orals/add in other ones heading into the shows.

I would definitely have winny/var heading into it with the mast most definitely. and if you were needing more fullness the tren.

i haven't used the epi before, but have read up on it. just doesn't seem like you would be taking full advantage of your shows by using it over winny or var. i could be mistaken, and please correct me if i am....but from what i have read it is more of an anabolic compound, and doesn't dry you out as much as var or winny will. var i know is anabolic, but dries out better from what i have read. interested to see your thought processes of these.....and then you know that you should really stop all inject AT LEAST 1 week before the show

they don't want to see you at 5% in my class. There is a point that becomes 'too dry' and it counts against you
 
Mine only gets 17mpg on a good day lol

And yeah, too ripped will count against you in physique. Even DLB had to adjust her regimen and diet, added more fats and stuff to not look as hard.

Lethargy is kicking my ass today. Beast is pretty powerful at 40mg. I have already gone through nearly 2 gallons of agua.

Nothing else to really report yet, other than very dry skin for some reason. May be the weather though.
 
I hear you on the lethargy...waking up is damn near impossible for me right now

It's my first run with hex, and first time running beast at 40mg. we'll see just how strong I get!

I was wondering how you were going to deal with the lethargy when I read this post.

I read somewhere simple carbs help a lot with superdrol lethargy. I don't remember why it helped, just that it did. Wherever/whoever I read it from said they ate more fruits and it seemed to help. Seems like maybe it was Steve that wrote about it.

I used a carb supplement the last time I ran beast, and planned on getting some to use again when the sides set in. I didn't think it would hit me this early to be honest.

N2Bulk actually helps a lot, but I drink it at night so it doesn't do much good for the working hours

Weight is down a few pounds today for some reason. Still feeling pretty groggy for most of the day. Ate some bread with my oatmeal this morning and it helped a lot.

Messed up and took some N2KTS and N2Amp before my back/bi session and holy shit! The pumps from them combined with beast almost hurt they are so intesne. Getting some carbs in when I take N2Slin always makes the pump more pronounced too.

Still busted out 38 dead hang pullups for a PR though, so that helped my feelings a lot!

Pump had started to be killer at this point. Did a 15 minute jog, then did pullups and chinups to failure.

Vascularity has increased some, and my skin is still unusually dry. Nothing much else to report yet. Can't wait for my test to kick in and wake my sleepy ass up!

Whoops, forgot to mention I did some forearm work as well. Rope rolls and an excercise called the Hammer of Thor.

Take a plate loaded DB, load only one side with weight, and using a fixed surface, rotate the weight in a half-circle both directions.

It's killer when you have a pump going, but my forearms are something I find lacking.
 
Oh I'll build my own gym in my backyard out of junkyard scraps before I ever go back to Ex. F that!

Not a bad days work.

Built that pier out of extras so that it sits level with the water when the new pond fills in. ran PVC pipe for a little fountain out in the middle, will update when it fills up it should look pretty cool.

I'm completely worn out and sunburnt, but I'm about to eat and head to the gym and murder my legs!!!!
 
Nicely built. Feels good to build a project and see the finished outcome!! Makes it tough for a guy to bulk being in that line of work I can't stay over 200 lbs ever unless I eat everything in site and feel like garbage... How do you manage?
 
That's just a little home project. I'm usually not carrying lumber for 14 hours lol I would be 145 pounds if I did that all the time in this heat!

This one fkng sucks, and I spent all day climbing ladders, so my calves were way spent already, but they are a weak point of mine so I HAVE to get them to grow!

Went to do front squats but was so worn out I could barely put up a set of 10 with 165 to warmup, so I did light leg extensions and called it a day.



N2Slin is starting to have me hold some water, which is typical, and usually goes away in a week or two.

Weight is down still, but vascularity is starting to pop more.

Test feels like it's really starting to kick in too, so pretty excited to actually function through the day.

Beast at 40mg is tough, but I can feel myself getting stronger by the day!!!
 
^^ Be thankful that your gym is not on a second story, probably would have fell down the steps after that load!

Excellent show of endurance. Nice volume as well.

N2KTS wakes me up enough to get the blood going, and after I warm up I feel great. The day to day activity is where the lethargy is really killer. Driving down I-10 now that the sun is warm and beating through the windshield REALLY makes it hard to stay awake....or watching TV. Shit like that.

I feel like I am sleeping harder at night though
 
Ill start off by saying I haven't read the whole thread. But Lethargy is subjective. What he called lethargic nay be good energy for myself. In general the statement is counterintuitive and doesn't really make much sense....

what I consider lethargic is being so sleepy throughout the day that you feel like you can lay down amd sleep anywhere, for hours, even if you got plenty of sleep the night before.

It was pretty bad the last time I ran beast, but at 40mg a day it's probably the worst I have ever dealt with. Just gotta have some willpower and a good preworkout

Thanks man lol I will admit I puked during the squats. I switched to the 20 rep range awhile back and have seen crazy gains you should try it man!

Fair warning, you'll get lightheaded and probably puke the first couple sets lol

Man beast is tough I remember even. At 20 Mgs I could hardly stay awake or move just felt like a lazy ass. Fight through it though and the strength gains are impressive ! I had to give up jogging though and even walking to the grocery store because of the savage back pumps
