Ok what are some good training excersizes to make your bicepts wider instead of taller/higher peak. My arm size is ok from the side view, but looking down from the top its really narrow.
like hammer DB curls where your wrists stay pointed in??? I was thinking like e-z bar preacher curls. I want my arms to look like softballs rather than footballs.
i know what you mean..i think it will "swell out" as your muscles mature...i used to have the ame problem..they are still to narrow for my sake..bu the only advice i can give is do the heavy mass exercises..like bb curls, incline db curls, hammer curls..and you arms will get wider.
All the curls in the world will not change the shape of your bicep. You can make them bigger or smaller, but the shape is genetic, as with any other muscle. However, if you want to add some thickness to your upper arm, work on your tris. Tris grow in all directions.
true, very true, I am sure as time will go by and I am able to curl more weight, the shape will overall round out, but for now, I will just hit the weights hard. Thanks for the input guys.
