Hi all - I'm now off to the Gym (HARDCORE) to do me arm workout which I call the Biceps Blitz. Its this workout which has built my 21" Guns of Steel today:
(All sets preceeded by warmout at 50% of weight).
10 Sets Biceps Curls (Pyrmid)
10 Sets preache Curls (Pyrmid).
10 Sets Dumb-ell Curls (Pyrmid).
At the end of this I do a few Chins to get that niced pumped-out feeling.
Phews! What a workout. During this I drink plenty of iced-water.
Anyway, if anyway of youse is intrested in using my routine please go ahead and let me know your results.
