Depends on how much you weigh. If you're 250lbs. @ 26% it's going to take you a lot longer than if you're 190lbs. @ 26%. An ideal rate is around 1.5-2 lbs. per week for most guys. You can do the math from there.
 
you're looking at, at least 12 weeks, and it'll be a grueling road ahead...

if you go on a solid ketonic diet, you can lose 1 pound in 3 days. it less healthy then most diets, but if you keep up on vitamins and minerals with the use of pills, you should be fine. i went on a ketonic diet in my senior year in high school, and lost 35 pounds in 3 months, while gaining a good deal of strength. but like i said, this is a rather unhealthy diet.

what does that diet entail?
 
from personal experience... shoot low. expect 1 pound weight loss per week.

the first week, drop your water weight. drink 8 glasses of water everyday and lower your sodium. this might drop you down 10 lbs.

now for week 2, find your bmr with excersize, and lower it 500 calories.

to effectively lose 2lbs/week, you need to be an experienced dieter. most people who lose more than 1lb are losing muscle.

if you need to lose 20lbs fat, expect 20 weeks. just take it slow, not only does it change your lifestyle, the weight won't bounce back. all those fad diets that lose 15 lbs in 4 weeks, they gain them back the next month.

then again, no one ever wants to take it slow; if they did, they wouldn't have that extra fat.
