BF%; nothing seems to get it down!

Thanks everyone!

I seem to be doing better. I feel great (muscles are nice and tight) and my BF% is steady or going down.

One thing I am going to do though over the next month or two is try to bulk up and not worry about the fat so much, and then cut. This should solve all my issues.

I'll def concentrate more on my diet too..

Anyone know how long I should sit in the sauna and how often? Sauna seems to be really good for my skin..

Sauna is great to tighten your skin though you will not lose any fat by sweating in a sauna unlike what most people think, it is not true. I would recommend you to stay in 10mns and no longer then get a very cold shower for 2mns (this will shock your blood stream and re-generate your strenght and make you feel all much better mostly after a hard intense work out) do that 10mns in and 2 mns shower repeatedly 3 times that would be 10' + 2' + 10' + 2' + 10' +2' cumuliting 30mns sauna and 6mns (very) cold shower, always finish by a cold shower after a saune right before you head back home.
