better training well on....

Hi all,
I'm on the 4th week of my first cycle of dbol and test, everything seems to be going smoothly. I have gained just over 20 lbs... I know alot of that is probally water but anyways...
I just have a question regarding training in the gym well I'm on gear. My plan was to try and go for bulking while on, and I have been busting my ass in the gym 5 days a week, but I rarely feel sore the next day from my workouts.

Is this something that happens while on? I do get a great pump wile working out, but does anyone have any tips for upping the intensity while on? I am really hoping to maximize my results and keep as much of them as possible.
 
Gear definietly increases recovery mostly due to improved protein systhesis from a positive nitrogen balance, among other things. The other things is that as your body becomes accustomed to your routine so if you haven't changed thins up recently you could give that a shot, even if its just for a workout or too. Alot of advanced bbs almost never feel sore no matter how hard they go, but it doesn't mean they aren't growing. I can still get some soreness particularly if I shock a muscle group with high volume strip sets, though they are torture. Overall, lack of soreness isn't a bad thing provided you are going hard.
