Better than a strip club, but is it legal?

I grew up in Miami...these places are all over the place. You just have to negotiate with the women as far as what you want and how much it is going to cost. Usually in Mia it will cost you around $100 to get head, $150 to rip. 90% of the women don't speak english and are beautiful south american immigrants. It is lovely. There is a place that rubs you down with hot oils, jerks you off/gives you head/whatever you pay for, then gives you a sponge bath in a steam shower. It is lovely and prices are negotiable. I now live in Tampa and the same type of shit goes on over here. I have yet to find the hot oils/steam treatment over here. You have to realize that everything is negotiable and these girls are whores and should be treated accordingly or else you are likely to get taken advantange of. The type of people that these girls deal with is scumbags and when they see a good looking, young guy come in they will negotiate. They have to pay the house a certain amount, but they keep everything above that amount. In the Pink Pony(strip club) up here, some strippers will have sex in the back room. It is very lax and the bouncers don't care. Trick is finding a hot one for cheap. Btw, in Miami, they will tell you to go to the back and "get comortable". I think that if you get naked, it indicates to them that you are not the police...at least that is what I heard and I have no problem doing it.

Here's where you're wrong and they find the legal loophole... My former business partner owns one of these in Providence... If the girl gets involved physically in any way other than your hands on her ass, (like a strip club), then it's illegal. Other than that, it's considered adult entertainment and covered by a conventional adult entertainment license.

So yes it's definately illegal.

They probably haven't been busted cuz cops are tied up busting people for illegally copying CD's, and prostitution has gone to the back of the line in terms of importance. So they're taking advantage of it.

As stated earlier, that's not it... I'm sure laws in different states differ, but what they're describing is not technically prostitution. As long as there's no sexual contact and you have the AE license, it's legal and the cops can't do shit.

I never would either, I certianly agree with you there... but Ceebs isn't talking about the other girl getting involved, she's talking about her putting on a show, while her and her old man get it on... That's not prostitution, it's no different than a woman hiring an outcall stripper for her hubby's b-day and blowing him while he watches her strip. The "making yourself as comfortable as you like" comment is to tell the guy that it's ok to flog the dolphin. When I used to be there for security, the girls referred to it as whether the guy was "with the program" or not...

There was one in Concord, New Hampshire but it was shut down recently. The people who ran it were the same two who ran swingers parties out of a rented house in NH too.

There used to be one in Brockton too but I haven't been around there in like 5 years.......
