what the general opinion? when cutting do you find you get better results from having your last meal at the end of the day or keeping the meal before bed regardless of cutting or not.
I don't schedule late evening meals either, but I also get up early, so my 6th meal hits around 7:00 pm. I'd also rather not say what time I go to bed, big woose that I am. Especially after a day that started w/ a heavy lift at 5:30 am.

I was thinking of maybe just having l-glutamine before bed if I get up early to train as well - which means Ill eat as soon as I get up up.
If im doing cardio Ill keep the meal before bed..
I just feel it may be holding me back from dropping extra bf?!
