[FONT="]I just bought Allmax Nutrition's Beta-Alanine to try it and see how it works but I'm a bit confused. On the sticker it says to take one teaspoon (2 times daily) but the guy at my store said to only take one teaspoon 30 minutes prior to my workout. [/FONT]
