Best Workout Music???

I think silence leaves you to pay attention to how heavy the weight is. Fast, hard music gets my adrenaline pumping and actually helps me go longer durations and more reps. Hard shit like Powerman 5000, Disturbed, Creed, Alice in Chains, NIN, Marlyn Manson, and some other hard stuff...

I agree with a lot of your tunes!! If any of you are going to napster and looking for particular tunes!! Here are good ones!!! Really good ones!! I listen to thyem in my mp3 player!! You actually can get them for pretty cheap now!! Mine is so small, fits in the palm of my hand, cranks loud as hell, never skips, and i can make a new mix of whatever i feel like listening to anyday! It has really helped my workouts a lot! Especially if i have to train alone! Although the music at my gym is pretty good too!! These are adrenaline songs, and i will put some older ones in for the older people who train as i luv them all!

#1.) Filter - Best Things
#2.) Filter - Welcome to the Fold

Sometimes I listen to the Rocky soundtracks.... I know thats a little corny, but it gets me going....

"There's no easy way out.."

Rap! and maybe some rock like Limp Bizkit, Metallica, Offspring, Kid Rock, that stuff gets me pumped and ready to go.

Slayer for me. All of a sudden your workouts don't seem that hard after someone is screaming at you about burned bodies, waiting in purgatory, and surgery with no anesthesia...
