I agree with a lot of your tunes!! If any of you are going to napster and looking for particular tunes!! Here are good ones!!! Really good ones!! I listen to thyem in my mp3 player!! You actually can get them for pretty cheap now!! Mine is so small, fits in the palm of my hand, cranks loud as hell, never skips, and i can make a new mix of whatever i feel like listening to anyday! It has really helped my workouts a lot! Especially if i have to train alone! Although the music at my gym is pretty good too!! These are adrenaline songs, and i will put some older ones in for the older people who train as i luv them all!

These are good energy songs!! Yes, Rage, Econoline Crush, Linkon Park are all good too.. the list goes on and on... i leterally have hundreds and hudreds of songs which i use!!
