my workouts are actually much shorter these days and more efficient.. i take only 30-45 seconds between sets and breeze through them
there is a misconception that you have to spend over an hour in the gym weight training which is complete horseshit.. even when i was a competitive powerfliter my coach had us lifting 35 minutes.. that is it. not once did we lift more than that.. same goes for track athletes. more isn't better, it is about efficiency
