Best way to use HGH for recovery

I've been noticing slower recovery from the gym. I'm looking to use HGH and increase my recovery speed. Do you think that 3 IU's per day is a good amount, and maybe going 12 weeks? Should I use something else? I'm currently in my 50s, and I definitely am excited about trying something out.

Nutrition, training philosophy/ methodology and recovery are likely to have much more of an impact on your recovery then hormones.


What do each look like for you at the moment?

Do you have any bloodwork from recent showing testosterone and GH/ IGF-1 levels? Initial dosing would depend on these.
