Best way to turn around a bad shoulder.

I’ve been having issues with my shoulder for quite a while. I’m wondering what are the best ways to train around a bad shoulder? Can I still train my upper body and do things to work out my shoulder? Or do I need to avoid things totally. It seems like it would be impossible to get in some good workouts.
 
You need to warm up before you train. Spend at least 10 or 15 minutes. Get that shoulder nice and loose before you pick up the weight and good things will happen.
 
Bros. If you start noticing one side is stronger than the other then you know you could have a tear. Also look for inflammation and other issues like that. If that starts to happen you need to stop training until it gets better.
 
i'm a huge fan of should rolls. I do them morning and night. And I also do a lot of stretching. Put a towel behind your back and pull it upwards. That will give your shoulder a nice stretch.
