Best way to time ECA stack with training

Hey Guys (and Gals of course),

What is currently the best way to use the ECA stack? When I first heard of it it was to be used before cardio sessions to help promote fatloss. Then I moved to Vancouver, Canada and the theory there was completely the opposite. Basically everyone I talked to did it only on days before weightlifting saying basically that it helped with intensity and that doing with cardio was to dangerous because one's heart rate and blood pressure could get out of wack. Finally, I'm sure there is a scientific theory out there that is soley based on Effedrine's half life or something that would say two years on two minutes off or whatever.

So what really is the best way to make it work for fatloss while not killing myself and not wasting my hard earned money? I'm not too concearned about my WO intensity etc I just want to shed a few extra pounds.

PS I also posted this in the anabolic discussion form but maybe people here have more experience with thermogenics or at least may be more willing to share an opinion on them.
 
Common doses.......

seen at gyms, and even on the back of product labels, indicate to take them about 30 minutes before physical activity. (cardio, weights, etc)

Well, first of all in Canada there is no real ephedrine, so you have the herbal MH. I would recommend 30min prior to workout and/or cardio. Also, you can take it once or twice a day before a meal (30min prior) to blunt hunger. However, I think a 5-HTP and NYC combo would be a better choice if cravings/hunger are the problem.

Fortunately, you can still get Effedrine in Canada either legally on its own in the pure form or illegally as a mixture (of ripped fuel or Xenedrine or whatever from the states) under the counter at alot of smaller suppliment stores that aren't regualted so heavily. What has been banned is putting effedrine in formulas with caffine or in other words the EC stack.

Anyway, so the recommendations is to simply use it before a WO or a meal. Should it be used every day or should it be cycled like clen etc?? I don't really need the hunger suppression part of it as I don't have problem overeating so is it still worthwhile using before a meal? ie does it help to keep fat from entering the bloodstream or something or would you only use it before a meal if you wanted to curb hunger??

Interesting, last time I was in Canada the laws seem very strict. As far as your questions: I would use it 5 days on/2 off, and if you don't need hunger suppresion then dont' use it, it will NOT keep fat from entering the bloodstream! Mostly used to blunt hunger and/or cravings.

yes it should be cycled, because like most things, your body will become used to it and it will not be more effective - you will have to take more and more to get any effect. Take it for three weeks, take forth off and start again.
