hey guys

what do you think it is the best way ?

I always used POLLOCK method , the one you pinch your chest , abs and leg .

what are the other methods and which one do you think it is the best ??

Victor

Drexx uses a 7-point method that sounds the most accurate.
He might be able to provide more information. I know of a 5-point method ( back , bicep , tricep . abs , pecs ) , the other two
points I think are the legs.

yeah , 7 points seems pretty acuratte .

do you know where can I find any info about these methods on the web ?

any website with good info ?

Victor

7 site is good but it is second best to hydrostatic weighing. if you have a university around the area go to the exercise physiology dept. and ask when they are gonna do weighing and they will most likely let you do it. it precisely accurate where calipers leave more room for human error.
