best way to get 300g protein a day?

eat every 2 hrs through 6-7 meals a day. 3 food,3-4 shakes.chicken breasts,turkey,fish,egg whites.if you want to go with 5 meals a day try to get 50 gm a meal.
also get some cans of tuna(if you can stand them).they're cheap and have alot of protein.you can have a can between meals.just an idea,hope helped a little.:fro:
