So since i started my Test C cycle my weight loss has come to a standstill. it fluctuates week to week but overall around the same. however i can feel certain clothes feeling little loose. so leads me to believe i'm losing inches and gaining muscle. the scale says another of course. how do you guys measure body fat/percentages? calipers, measuring tape or any other method? i have a scale that claims it shows fat percentages but i don't think thats very accurate since it keep increasing lol.
