Since you didnt get any other serious responses I guess I will answer your question. The dbols you wanna split up throughout the day to keep your levels more constant. That crap about right before/after you workout doesnt matter much but if you think it does than what you can do is like 35 mg/day split up into 5 doses and two of those doses(your before and after workout ones) can be 10 mgs...rest are 5. For the injectables you want to be doing shots twice a week, split it up so your doing them on monday and thursday. Time isnt too important but try and do it around the same each day if you can.
