Best things in a salad?

What are the best things to be putting in a salad that the body has no problem digesting and has the best effects?

Normal salad vegetables.

cucumbers, tomatoes, applie cider vinegar

and use romaine or green lettuce.. and baby spinach is okay too.. no large spinach

I like this. Add in some avocado and mushrooms as well
