What would be the best to use for increasing my energy, I need more energy for my workouts. I work alot and feel tired efore going to the gym, need something to boost me up.

Watery fruit ... some melon ... grapes .... berries. Not enough to upset your stomach as you train ... but enough to spike your sugar.

Tea and honey is another.

No one here has tried it unless they were at the olympia. Plenty of bb.com members we sent sample and here is some feedback with usernames. There is about a 30 page thread full of review. 1 negative out of the lot. The guy stayed up for 36 hours.
