best synthol

Think twice, man

I don't mean this as a flame AT ALL, but, how old are you? And do you really think you have grown as much as possible w/ eating big+AS? I don't know, it just seems like an awful lot to get an extra inch on your arms( esp. when it'll probably go away, and anyone who knows anything will know something strange is going on) just my .02
 
thinking about using for calves. i dont need any moral advice on cheating using synthol. i have been around a while in this game.

my calves wont respond to training, they have gotten a lot stronger but not any bigger.

what are the main ingredients in synthol and the concentrations?
 
Well, it is just MCT Oils. No concentation. With 1 cc of you get 1 cc.

I have never used it in the calves, but my calves respond well to training.

The soreness will be bad in the calf area at first but after a week or so it should be fine.

I would start out with 1 cc a day and each week bump it up another .5 cc.

Snntherol is basicaly MCT oil with some ba at I think 10%. Also some brands put colagen or silica in it and this is supposedly to make the gains more perminent. Also I think their is even one brand out now that has lidocain added to prevent pain. As for the best brands I assumed they will all do pretty much the same. I have heard to avoid and formulation that has colagen in it though. Supposedly it will help the formation of scar tissue. The brands I've used so far are http://www.syntherol.com brand and esicklean which I got from www.zoelabs.com . Both worked well for me but zoelabs is cheaper. I got 4 bottles for $300. Next time though I'll probably go with dl's or www.finakit.8k.com . They are both really cheap and have bottels for around $85. Also if you buy two from finakit.8k.com it will only be $150 for both.

By the way nautica I've never used pump'npose before and I'm curious if you noticed better results from it then others?
 
Actually, It did seem like I had better results with it. Don't ask why maybe it is just b/c I had to pay more for it.

But, I do feel safer using it. I have heard of more infections coming from the cheaper versions.

I told you it wasn't so much of a morality issue w/ me... I was giving my opinion, and was just wondering how long you had been training, and whether or not you felt you were at a point where you really needed it... you answered.

my calves were none existed until I moved to cali and saw how a couple of national level compt. were training them---

try this for 6 months and see if you calfs grow at all:)

standing calf raise-----do a set of 25 reps(complete failure)-5 sec. rest --keep the same weight and go to complete failure-always 5 sec. rests--your goal is to reach 75 reps all with the same weight(no matter how many sets it takes----most people can't walk after doing this. But this is just the beginning---

seated calf raise-----exact same as above---good luck:)

not done yet-----this is where the everyday lifter and the ones that grow are diff----Leg press machine---as much weight as possible---what you want to do here is stretch your calves and hold in a stretch position for 30-40 seconds(try to touch your big toe to your shin(its impossible but thats how hard you want to stretch them(with a ton of weight to boot)try to do these for 5 sets--with a min. rest between--

your calves with be complete toast but drop the weight on the leg press and push out 3 sets of 20 reps with very light weight but hold the squeese at the top for 5 second count-just 30second rest between sets-again good luck

your first few weeks of doing this, once a week will be all you can handle--once the soarness starts to fade--hit it twice a week--then 3 times a week-----Train them first in your workout and never on leg days(you will know why when you do it)--when 3 times a week seems to much--back off to twice and so on---
give this a shot for 6months and then come back and tell us--your calves don't respond...add synthol to the mix and you will have some of the biggest calves in 2 years---if this don't work, do what a lot of the pros have done and go with implants--peace

when you say sterilize it you mean with BA right? I looked lots of places and can't find it, where can i get it? been thinking about this for awile.
 
just a couple synthol questions here

are the results permanent if you keep training?
do you gain strength as well as size?
how fast does it work?

what are the pros and cons of the different ones? Cause they all seem to be different. Is there any one that wins hands down?
