I'm planning to cut some body fat. I'm eating good, workout 5 times a week and jog/run almost 7 days a week. I have stubborn areas in lower mid section and around the nipple that I just can't get rid off. I know there are a lot of literature on clen on this forum and I have read most of it. Since there are no actual human studies and only anecdotal references on clen usage, I was wondering what your personal thoughts on this (in terms of is it worth it, stay away from it, etc.) is?
stay away. clen is extremely bad for your health(especially your heart). i wouldnt run cardio more than 5 days per weak no matter what your goals are.
