Best Supplement Advice for Good Cutting/Shape

And yes no creatine. It will not help you cut. Also you need to eat your set cal intake in six daily increments. That will keep your metabolism always burning and searching your body for stored nutrients to burn aka fat

Well i take my food in 5 meals per day. Most of it is a traditional indian food that is cooked vegetables with chapati. In evening i take whey as a post workout drink and a glass of milk at night before bed with some low protein content but cheaper protein.

Do you know your bmr tho? I would find that out and see what the cal count is for the food you consume per day. That could b the key to why you arnt dropping fat

I calculated it using online bmr calculator and it's showing bmr=2003.51
waiting for your suggestion :-)

Ok so for that then you should be in the 1200-1500 cal range break it into six meals also save as much cals as u can for pre workout meals. Should lean you out pretty quick.

Also sorry forgot to ask was the 2003 bmr ur static bmr or is that your bmr with activity level equation. Like my static bmr is 2575 or so. But i times that by 1.5 because of my activity level. As i workout 5 days a week and play ball 6 days a week. So my bmr is like 3800 and some change. The reason i ask is if your activity level is high your bmr is also higher becuz you arnt static like if you broke your leg and were laid on the couch you could 2003 cal everyday and never gain or lose a lb. so take the 2003 times by 1.25 or 1.5 depending how active the take that number and subtract 700-1200 cal per day. That shud b perfect

Well i don't know about that. I actually measirec it with an online meter. i don't have any physical bmr meter with me.
But i would like to know is higher bmr good or it must be lower??

Your bmr just gives you a base line for caloric needs.

Which is 2003 now if you are lightly active times the bmr x 1.2

Mod active 1.5

Heavy active 1.75

Extreme 1.90

So if u r mod active you times 2003 by 1.5. So like 3000 and some change then subtract 1000 = 2003 thats what ur cala need to b to drop fat
