best steak options?

looking for some opinions and thoughts on the best types of stakes that you recommend for bodybuilding and for meal prepping
I have a list of steaks:
ribeye
New York strip
T-Bone
sirloin
flank steak
porterhouse
or filet mignon
which one do you all recommend?

you have to cook the steak perfectly or you're wasting your money

you need some good salt and pepper on each side and you need to slow cook it if you ask me
