Most hard gainers under eat

being a hard gainer is a beautiful thing.. you just don't see the long term perspective so you think it is bad

just get on a good quality diet and workout program and the gains will come. don't just 'eat more' .. the premise is good but what ends up happening is guys eat junk food and then just gain fat and complain they aren't getting good results.

99.9% of lifters are hard gainers. It doesn't come easy. I know all about it. I graduated high school at 120 lbs. The fact of the matter is you have to learn to eat what you need to grow. That means eating when you dont want to and forcefeeding when necessary
