Best site for self-injection ?

Hi

i am going to inject testerone enanthate (cido teston 500mg/w)
and i want to self inject my self this time but do not know what is best spot to inject Thigh or Buttock ?

i used to go hospital for that but i was wasting so much time to go hospital to take it so if i want to inject my self what is best spot for injection testerone enanthate and with instructions if possible please

top spots are Delts and ass. make sure you research where in muscle to go. for delt in middle. for glutes outer upper quadrant . quads/leg are ok too but tend to cause more issues for alot. my fav is delts, but now due to scar tissue build up i mostly do glutes and quads.

Glutes is an easy jab .....split cheek into four quarters and pin the top
Right hand quarter if your oinning twice a week alternate so the other side has time to recover rather than building scar tissue

Delts
Thighs
Glutes

Pecs
Calves
Triceps

Basically, if you are careful, smart, and pain tolerant, the body is up for pinning
