Best roids for cycling?

Rick rock, I've heard from alpt pf pro cyclists that eq and test are a good way to go... I'm 36 riding national sub vets mtb and was wondering what a good dose of each would be without having estrogen conv. And water retention to get the most vo2max with the most strength.. 100mg test and what dose eq per week? Should I split the pins twice weekly or once? Which test ester is best? Thanks..
 
I haven't seen RR around here for quite some time.
I think 100mg of test per weeks is really low. You'll be lucky if that 100 keeps you where your T levels are now. Remember, once you add outside T your own stops. So you are replacing not supplementing. I would suggest at least 250 of test each week. Test cypionate seems to be the most common. As far as EQ, I have not run it yet but from reading, 200-400 mg/week should do. And I would split both the test and EQ into twice a week. Sides may become present. For estrogen, try running arimedex 0.25 eod and see how that helps. If needed you can bump it to 0.5.
 
250 test per week huh? Cyp. You say... Ill try it. The eq sounds right yeah. Im completely new to this tho... Remember I dont wanna pack on weight and excess water, that'll mess up my vo2max and I'm using it as a recovery cycle between training to boost strength and power while having a faster recovery in between sessions... But as you say, maybe a larger dose of test is better with the arimedex to counter the estrogen conv. And excess water... Would the mountainbiking also shed the water? Or is the water intracellular instead of between the capillaries and the skin?
