Best rep range to get lean and fit?

There isn't some magic rep range or exercise that get you lean and fit.
Some rep ranges are obviously better for certain performance goals but becoming fit is a result of diet, training, long term consistency.
 
this myth that high reps creates a leaner body comes from the theory that your HR goes higher during a long set. for that to happen it would mean that exercise burns fat, which we know it does not. hence this theory is wrong
