best, quick, natural diuretic???

My Favorite....

It's high in calories, but....

Blue Bunny makes fat-free ice cream. To give it consistency, they use Sorbitol (sugar alcohol). On most people, if they eat more than a double serving, it has a diuretic effect.

Buy a half gallon, down at least half the tub and drink water. In no time you'll be spewing water out your hiney. The effect lasts between 24-48 hours. You actually have to dehydrate to stop it short-term so you can do stuff like sleep without constantly running to the can.

Sorbitol is a sugar alcohol, and sugar alcohols in general tend to make you retain water, not lose it. (It's a solute, so the excess water is retained to make a solution, yadda yadda.) Different people react in different ways, though, and the laxative effect is a given.

Dandelion root + low carbs + no sodium always works for me when I want to drop water quick.

Best ones in order...

• drink lots of water (stop a day or two before event)
• cardio
• cut sodium and carbs
• dandelion root
• caffiene
• b-6
• uva ursi
 
besides the one flippant comment, y'all are forgetting: alcohol.

Do several shots and see how you look the next morning--not holding much water I guarantee you.

Also avoid the salt.
